One of the best ways to manage ongoing health conditions
such as arthritis, heart disease, diabetes and high blood
pressure is simply with walking! Enjoy reduced pain
and stiffness; increased energy and confidence.

This program will meet for one hour, three times per week for six weeks
while walking INDOORS with trained peer leaders. A helpful workbook /
journal will also be provided for you along with a pedometer!

Our group will be meeting at the James Morris School at 10 East Street
in Morris to walk in their gym on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings
from 10:00 am - 11:00 am beginning on Wednesday, March 7, 2018.

This program is FREE but registration is required
by contacting Anastasia at the
